Tarpaulins

Tarpaulins, also referred to as tarps or poly tarps, are made with multiple layers of waterproof polyethylene fibers, which are cross-stitched and then laminated to create a heavy-duty protective cover for your home, business or office. CanopiesAndTarps.com is a leading tarpaulin manufacturer and supplier with many sizes of poly tarps to choose from. Great for both commercial and residential use, our tarpaulins are waterproof, rot proof, mildew resistant and provide full UV protection from the harmful effects of the sun. Choose from a variety of colors including Silver, White, Blue, Green, Red, Yellow, Orange, Tan and Clear. Each tarpaulin contains rust resistant grommets every 18 inches and can be attached to various surfaces through the use of ball bungee ties, rope or hook tie downs.

Our Tarpaulins have served many purposes and industries. Some common uses for our poly tarps include roof tarps, athletic field covers, pool tarps, canopy covers, hay covers, truck tarps, boat tarps, hurricane covers, fence tarps and even dog kennel covers. At CanopiesAndTarps.com we pride ourselves of our large stock and immediate shipping to anywhere within the United States. We not only offer a large variety of sizes but also strive to continuously bring in new sizes for our customers. In addition to our line of poly tarp covers, we are also one of the largest suppliers of fire retardant tarp products. Offered in both Silver and White colors, fire retardant tarps are made with the same materials as standard tarpaulins but include fire resistant treatments and undergo rigorous testing by the California State Fire Marshal’s office. Each fire retardant tarp has a permanent tag affixed to the tarp, which not only identifies the registration number but also signifies compliance with NFPA-701, CPAI-84 and California Title 19 requirements.

Our current line of tarpaulin products also includes valance tarp covers. Valance tarps are similar to regular tarps but also include an overlap of polyethylene fabric that drapes over the edge of a canopy frame, providing a watertight perimeter. Valance tarps can be purchased as a combo kit, which includes the canopy side panels, front and back doors, needed to create an enclosure for your boat, truck or car. The valance canopy front door has a double zipper entrance for easy entry and can be supplemented as a back panel as well. Valance tarps and the entire line of tarpaulin products can be purchased online 24 hours a day. Feel free to contact our customer service team at (877) 811-3911 with any questions regarding our tarp and canopy products.

  1. Tarps used to cover stacks of hay bales are called hay tarps. These tarps are manufactured with plyethelene or poly fabric and are silver/white on the outer side and black on the inside.
