Tips for Finding the Right Canopies for Fall Festival Vendor Use

During the fall months, many places located throughout the United States opt to host outdoor festivals, pumpkin patches and pre-holiday season craft fairs. If you are an enterprising entrepreneur or business owner hoping to establish a presence at one of them, now is the perfect time to purchase your booth materials. We’d suggest using canopies. With that said, here are several tips to assist you in finding the right canopies for your fall business endeavors:

Understandably, you will need to take into account several factors when selecting a canopy for fall festival use. In our experience, those factors should include the following:
  • Surface area and location of the venue (i.e. grassy field or asphalt)
  • Items to be placed under the canopy (i.e. food service equipment)
  • Expected weather and booth location (i.e. wind breaks)
  • Staff and time needed to set-up the canopy
  • Shipping, storage and or drayage costs
  • Marketing and or branding initiatives
  • Canopy’s portability, size and weight
  • Venue’s rules and regulations
In many instances, canopies that meet or exceed fall festival vendors’ needs may be found within our commercial grade collection. A prime example of this is our carnival canopy. It is made with durable, fire retardant, waterproof materials that meet assorted code requirements. In addition, it is lightweight, portable, quick to set up and attractive. It is also suitable for use on hard and grassy surfaces.

Of course it is not the only commercial grade canopy in our Pro Series that would be ideal for fall festival use. We also have other canopies that feature fire retardant side wall, mesh wall, skirting and anchoring capabilities. They make excellent canopies for vendors hoping to sell food or non-edible wares to festival attendees.
